Hi, I’m Michelle
A Melbourne based consultant, accredited Strategic Coach, and Psychotherapist who specializes in helping high achievers in the Corporate and Entrepreneurial space rapidly transforming limiting behaviours into patterns of excellence.
As someone who worked for over 20 years as a Chartered Accountant with Corporates and Small Business, I have a thorough understanding of the challenges that those working at the top of their profession face. I use evidence based methods to help you understand what patterns of behaviour may be getting in the way from you operating at your highest level, and seek to help you to rewire your mindset and master your thinking so that you optimize your performance, no matter what the challenge.
The methods I use are based on a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (“CBT”), Neural Linguistic Programming (“NLP”) and Hypnosis. It is the unique combination of these methods that is capable of achieving rapid transformation.
There is no magic. All of the methods are scientifically based and focus on the understanding that 95% of our thoughts and behaviours are automated and stem from our subconcious brain that has been developing patterns of behaviour from the time we were born. If you can identify those behaviours that are not serving you, and bring awareness around those patterns, you can adopt deliberate actions that can interrupt those behaviours. This process weakens the old automated patterns, and results in new neural pathways developing in the brain, to create behaviours that will serve you to be better.
Our time together is limited to a small number of sessions, because once the shift in your block has occurred, you will find the benefits will be extrapolated across many areas of your life, and you will be well positioned to create the future you have always wanted.
