Cathy is an HCA registered Hypnotherapist who feels privileged to be able to assist, educate and inspire people to find their inner resources that will enable them to become the best version of themselves that they can be, to live a happy fulfilling life.
By helping clients, adults and children, by actively listening, challenging thoughts and exploring possibilities in a safe, relaxed environment, they gain confidence, self esteem, motivation and purpose.
Cathy has a private practice on the Central Coast of NSW (Bateau Bay), one hours drive north of Sydney, however, remote workshops and online sessions are also available.
