Strategic Psychotherapy is considered a brief form of therapy because it guides you though the process achieving results quicker than may other therapies. We focus on your processing in the present moment, and what successful techniques others have used to overcome similar obstacles and guides you in that direction. Then when combining this with the proven benefits of hypnosis there is more effective outcomes and lasting changes. This approach is different to talk therapy that is more focused on the past.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) looks at how the brain processes information and helps to break down how your run your particular process. With permission I can then use powerful techniques to tweak these patterns to achieve more successful outcomes. With my clients I use NLP techniques to remove blocks and limiting beliefs that keep them stuck and helping them to moving forward.

Ericksonian Hypnotherapy
Modern submissive form of hypnosis that allows the client to choose what information they take on and what is relevant for their life. Uses the client language and life experience to create and experience that us unique to them and that they will resonate with to demonstrate examples and allow shifts in perception.
