About Alma Martin’s Practice
I was taught by Gordon Young. Gordon director and lead trainer of the Institute of Applied Psychology and the creator of Sydney Hypnotherapists. Gordon is an internationally recognized name in the world of NLP and Hypnotherapy. He is considered to be Australia’s leading NLP Trainer and Hypnotherapist. Gordon studied in Australia and the United States with both NLP creators and the leaders in Hypnotherapy. Gordon trained at the prestigious Milton Erickson Foundation in Phoenix, Arizona, the absolute pinnacle of modern hypnosis training.
The training that I received from Gordon is not found anywhere else in Australia. Using strategic hypnosis, I can offer clients a resolution irrespective of the presenting issue in a short time. In the majority of times, the client will experience a shift at the end of the first session. I don’t use scripts I work with what the client tells me, and therefore each session is specifically tailored to each individual.
NLP relates to the mind, through which experiences are processed via the five senses, language and non-verbal communication systems through which representations are coded ordered and given meaning, and the ability to discover and utilise the program that individuals run to achieve specific outcomes. NLP is not a therapy in itself but an attitude, an approach to life. It involves reframing and pre-framing, helping clients see new viewpoints. Using metaphors that transform thinking. Time-Based Therapy technique (The Forgiveness Process) clearing the baggage, the “I am not good enough” beliefs, and getting rid of fear and phobias.
