About George D. Naike’s Practice
Clinical Hypnotherapist Wahroonga
At Sydney Main Clinical Hypnotherapy, we work with our clients from the outset in devising solution-focused treatment plans, which in turn make possible way for productive therapy sessions in achieving good outcomes for our clients. Our question is not how our clients got to where they are but how we can support each person as a unique individual (augmenting their good traits) to move progressively forward and get where they want to be, going forward.
To embrace new habits, we must let go of those that no longer serve us. No one person is like another and so is our clinical approach in terms of individuality. Everyone is different and each of our treatment plans is one-off in nature. They are Taylor-made for each individual’s desired therapeutic outcomes. This continues proving to be a reliable way for our clients to identify and address any issues they are experiencing in readiness for therapy.
For that reason, we encourage our clients to devise new “SMART” and realistic objective goals prior to each therapy session. While supporting our clients in making informed decisions as to their projected outcome from the very first consultation, we also discuss the results our clients are aiming to achieve from therapy. This continues to draw more queries as to how we stay at the top of our healing traits.
With this in mind, both the therapist and the client have joint understanding of the outcome the client is looking for and the pathway the therapist takes. However, every journey is a partnership where, for instance, the client is the metaphorical pilot and the therapist is the guiding piloting tool, or the therapist being a sailor and the client acting as the compass.
Our clients are diverse in backgrounds, which continue to enrich our knowledge, sensitivity and service delivery methods and outreach as to how we support each client to embrace therapy and emerging outcomes. That said, we must remember that as human beings, resistance to change can be an unsmiling blockage from learning through available natural processes.
Just as we are unwilling to adjust to new circumstances, we sometimes do not like to change. Therefore, we ground our natural tendencies in being established and remaining settled into situations that are steady and easy within our reachable understanding.
We feel intellectually protected (sometimes with false sense of confidence) when we achieve a certain degree of assurance in terms of where we see ourselves in days, weeks, months, or even years ahead. Nevertheless, the potential for each individual to achieve a decent quality of life through therapy is now at the forefront of everyone’s thoughts in a world that now offers each individual endless possibilities for personal advancement.
These main questions will always remain for every person, “what is my best potential, and how can I achieve it?” The answer lies in that each of us has natural abilities that can be actuated to reach the highest version of ourselves. Regardless of experiences, past or current traumas, or other adverse thoughts, there is, and always will be, an opportunity for each one of us to develop positively and change for the better.
For true transformation Sydney Main Clinical Hypnotherapy will continue to support individuals make real changes to their personal lives.
