I have a Strategic Approach to therapy, which is very practical and outcome focused. It is all about putting you back in charge of yourself and your life, your thoughts, feelings, interpretations, actions and reactions.

We spend less time focusing on the past, or the Why, and focus mostly the How – how do I change this in the Now? Because no amount of therapy can change the past. What we want to change is how we respond to present day situations in a new, more functional way.

I spent the last two decades finding and learning the most powerful tools in existence to help myself and my clients fast-track from stress, anxiety, emotional issues and trauma to inner freedom and loving life again.

Inner freedom is not some distant spiritual goal – it is a skillset you can learn!
