With a health care career spanning more than 35 years, and a background as a DIV 1 nurse. I have a strong understanding of the emotional demands placed upon us by a health diagnosis. Injury, surgery or disability significantly impacts individuals and their families. Combined with mid-life challenges, and stress, the balance of life and health can become incredibly difficult.
