I am a qualified and trained Clinical Hypnotherapist, and while my background was originally in counselling and psychotherapy, my interest in hypnotherapy developed due to it’s great potential for personal growth. I am passionate and dedicated to my work and I offer an integrated and holistic approach to therapy.
My experiences through both my workplace and personal life have instilled in me the true values of integrity and compassion for others. My therapy is client focused and I bring to each session acceptance, non-judgement, openness and genuineness.
