About Paula’s Practice
I have been working in an industry for 20 years where I have heard so many stories from people struggling with anxiety, stress, procrastination, addictions and generally not having a happy and fulfilling life.
When I came across Clinical Hypnotherapy I realised that there is a solution, that is simple, does not require years of therapy and can get results fast.
I want this for you!
I am passionate about using what I have learnt to help you live a life with confidence, and to teach you strategies to cope with the curveballs that life can throw at you.
We believe lasting change begins from within. Whether you are struggling with stress, anxiety, phobias, low self esteem, poor sleep, quitting smoking or losing weight, clinical hypnotherapy offers a gentle yet powerful way to unlock your potential and regain control of your life.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help you access the deeper, subconscious part of your mind. In this calm, natural state—similar to daydreaming—you become more receptive to positive suggestions, new perspectives, and healthier patterns of thinking.
Strategic Psychotherapy works alongside hypnotherapy by identifying the specific processes behind your issue—such as unhelpful habits, emotional triggers, or thinking styles—and changing them quickly and effectively. Instead of focusing on the problem’s “story,” it focuses on how the problem operates and teaches you new skills to gain back control.
