Calm Therapy offers a variety of forms of therapy to meet the individual needs of you as a unique person & the problems you face.
We offer Clinical Hypnotherapy, Strategic Psychotherapy & Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Our studio is located in a natural bush setting in Bilpin in the Blue Mountains of NSW. We offer face to face and zoom sessions.
We do not do one size fits all. We aim to build a sense of trust and rapport with you whilst helping you discover new ways of handling old familiar problems.
