About Kim Richards’ Practice
Hi I’m Kim Richards. I am an educator and qualified as a Strategic Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I would love to help you or someone you love, be able to cope and do better in life.
Stress and Anxiety management is a key component to that. There are many factors that can seriously impact on a person’s ability to be successful and confident to face life’s challenges, but none more relevant, impacting or as far reaching as the effect of poor mental health.
I am both a teacher and a type 1 diabetic and have been for the last 30 years. I am a mum of two and understand the complexities of managing a teaching career, a family and diabetes. I have travelled the world and navigated workplaces in many countries. It has not been an easy journey.
The pressures and expectations of life can seem overwhelming.
You can feel like you face unfair judgement. Stress and Anxiety often feel bigger than you and can creep into every aspect of your life. The impacts can be far reaching.
I specialise in dealing with the complex relationship of this and its’ impact.
