Hypnotherapy Wellbeing Clinic is a dynamic , modern Clinic which deals with every aspect of problems we face today. Conditions such as Covid fatigue, Depression, Fears/Phobias, Anxiety , Teenage/ Children challenges and Body Image. Modalities used are diverse, ranging from Hypnotherapy, Strategic Therapy , TFT and Ego State Therapy.

With 20 years experience in the field, Jacklyn Cimino teaches the clients strategies they can use easily in everyday life. The aim of the clinic is to empower the client to quickly take control of their life without relying on long winded sessions which can sometimes prove to be costly and time consuming.

With a proven track record of success, Hypnotherapy Wellbeing Clinic are not scared to tackle hard cases, and quite often, welcome them.

As we believe that Anxiety is the foundation of most problems, our main focus is to help the client deal with this first by teaching them that Anxiety is something that they ‘ do’ . It is not a noun, its a verb .Clients are shown that they have behavioural patterns which lead to them ‘ doing ‘ Anxiety. So that means that they control it, and they can fix it…

Strategic Therapies seek out resources and strengths of the client and show them alternate behavioural patterns that would be helpful for change.
