HOW DO WE HELP?
If you are currently suffering from an unwanted behaviour like anxiety, overeating or smoking then you’re more than likely impacted in multiple ways such as;

Hypnotherapy is a technique that simply and effectively bridges the state of mind you are currently in, to the calm, relaxed and in control state of mind that you need to be in to behave normally. Once achieved the unwanted behaviour often stops or transforms to a wanted behaviour. The hypnotherapist simply facilitates the change, the client always stays in control and makes the change for themselves. This is why the process is so effective and works for so many no matter age, gender, race, religion, etc. If you can understand the English language and are simply prepared to have a go, then you can be hypnotised and can reduce the unwanted behaviour to a normal level, e.g. fear is a normal behaviour that is very useful when you are genuinely threatened.
Anxiety is the behaviour that I specialise in but a lot of unwanted behaviours are very closely related, so whether you have depression, smoking, alcohol, panic attacks, phobias, eating issues, sleeping problems or just general lack of motivation or energy then the story is very similar.
