Therapist Role in your process
As a therapist, I will partner with you and work collaboratively through your changing process. I will navigate you based on your own circumstances, not generalised from the vast majority or someone else’s opinion. It is your journey, your creation of your own story, I will do my best to facilitate wherever you want to go. Ultimately your success is our common goal, maybe it’s an unhelpful process you wish to remove, maybe it’s a goal you always doubted whether you could achieve, or perhaps it is your well-being but whatever it is, it will be realistically measured and processed effectively in order to get the best result.
My practice focuses on anxiety/depression treatment, smoking cessation, asthma control, pain reduction, anger management, and post-traumatic stress treatment.
