Have you ever seen a therapist with all the right credentials, yet you left feeling ‘unheard’? Or perhaps the therapist was easy to talk to, but they didn’t offer practical steps toward change?

If you’ve struggled to find the right support, it can make your challenges feel impossible to resolve. After all, if these experts with all their training couldn’t help, then who could?! This is what I thought – now I help clients with range of techniques that (finally!) helped me.

But how do we tackle a problem like phobia, anxiety, insomnia, or low self-esteem? First, we look at your journey and where you’d like to be.

Our work begins with a few key ideas – that you can separate yourself from the problem… that your problems are not you. Patterns of behaviour, thoughts and feelings are something you do, and they can change. What happened in the past doesn’t determine your future, and the moment you can command is here and now.

Conscious work: we look at the ‘recipe card’ for your presenting problem. How does it play out in your life? Strategic Psychotherapy gets you thinking differently.

Unconscious work: NLP and hypnosis will help you to make changes on a deeper level. And it’s not only about the mind; I can help you to tap into the messages your body is trying to share with you, too.

I’ll share strategies to help you build mindfulness and regulate your nervous system. When you begin to manage your responses, you start to feel more confident and in control. Over sessions, you’ll build your own ‘toolkit’ with techniques that work best for you.
