I’m a Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and mum of three. I’m passionate about changing the narrative around motherhood, and about supporting people to live and parent with intention.

My sessions involve a thorough consultation to establish your challenges and intentions, and hypnotherapy tailored specifically for you. I can provide support with a wide range of challenges, and have a special interest in supporting women  during pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting.
