Fay has over 30 years’ experience working as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, Counsellor and Manager, with people from allbackgrounds, in Industry, Health, Public and Private sectors and Defence organisations. She is a fully registered professional Counsellor, Neurolinguistic Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist.

Fay has a BA Degree (Psychology/Biology) from Flinders University, a Graduate Diploma in Social Science (Health Counselling) from University of SA. She also has a nationally recognised Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner level Certificate (Successful Minds Institute).

Additionally, Fay has a nationally and internationally recognised AHA and Government accredited Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy (Institute of Applied Psychology).

She is a Professional member of ASORC (Aust Society of Rehab Counsellors), Level 1 membership with ISPA (International Strategic Psychotherapists Association), including the national peak hypnotherapy body, HCA (Hypnotherapy Council of Australia), AHA (Australian Hypnotherapists’ Association), & NLPA (Neurolinguistic Programming Association).
