About Kim High’s Practice
Family Hypnotherapy has been operating in private practice since 2017. I offer online and Face-to-face sessions. Using the skills of Hypnosis, NLP and CBT I offer a considerate and effective approach to facilitating and managing change.
As a mother of two children, and a former teacher I enjoy working with Women and Children as they navigate busy lives and the pressures of today.
I offer individual sessions that are 60-90minutes long (45 minutes for children). Every client is treated as an individual and so the length of treatment will vary, but most conditions usually require 2-5 sessions.
I have helped clients with; addiction, relationship breakdown, anxious feelings, weight loss, unhealthy habits, fears, improving motivation and navigating the immense change that motherhood brings (physically, emotionally, and mentally). More recently I have been working with women approaching or managing menopause and find hypnosis offers great relief and strategies to assist with balance in this change.
At Family Hypnotherapy I accept credit and debit card, and cash. Some private health insurers offer rebates for hypnotherapy, and I have the relevant provider numbers for those that do. Please call to discuss your fund and options.
