I aim to connect clients to their own self-healing resources through a unique, customised and holistic blend of energy based and traditional Hypnotherapy methods.

I see myself as a healing facilitator; holding space for a client and working with them within the framework of this powerful mix to help release them from long-held limitations and live more authentic, empowered lives.

I encourage and assist each client to be an enabler of their own healing by connecting them to their own inner resources during trance sessions and then connecting them to practical, effective self-care practices they can adopt in their daily lives to maintain emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
