I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strategic Psychotherapist, Coach & Trainer.

All sessions are completely tailored to you as a unique individual. As my client,  you will be provided with your own copy of the hypnosis part of the session,  this can be used help reinforce and achieve the goals you want.

My client centric approach focuses on you, totally on you, where we develop a collaborative, therapeutic alliance.  Thus, creating an integrated, more cohesive and thus better way forward for you, based on you, your abilities, real life skills and personal resource – we find what works for you, and we use this for you to your greatest advantage.
