About Helen Hart’s Practice

I specialise in human behaviour and the neuroscience of leadership and self regulation.
I am the owner/operator of the Mundaring Wellness Centre which provides over 20 allied healthcare professionals to the local community.
I specialise in educating self regulation strategies for increased productivity, focus and calm. I provide tools to create ‘brain friendly’ work, home and social environments, to allow for more engaged and productive experiences and relationships.
