I have always been fascinated by the idea of hypnosis and tapping into the subconscious mind to make change. Most of us know what to do and what not to do so why is it that we continue on the same path? With guidance and support I believe anyone who has the will can find personal freedom, and move on from adversity and embrace opportunity for a bigger and brighter future.​

I have also experienced clinical hypnotherapy as a client for a phobia that I have had since I was a child and can positively say that after having therapy myself the phobia is no longer a problem. I can’t believe that I had lived with a phobia for so many years and now I am free….I feel so liberated. A life changing experience that I want other people to also be free of their issues whatever they may be.
