About Lucia Dapos’ Practice

Lucia began her career in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne where she worked for over 28 years as a remedial therapist and acupuncturist. In 2019, she moved to rural north-east Victoria.

Her experience working one-to-one with so many different clients over the years has made her an empathetic and skilled listener, able to really tune into clients’ needs. Her keen interest in the mental health field, the brain and its amazing ability to change (plasticity) lead Lucia to pursue studies in hypnotherapy and counselling.

Lucia strongly believes in helping people to move along the ‘mood scale’ and reach their own unique potential. From her base in Victoria’s beautiful north east, she continues to assist people in their life journeys and discovering better ways to be themselves. As well as one-to-one counselling, Lucia assists families with a process called SleepTalk® for Children.

Through building trusting relationships with her clients, Lucia is able to gain an insight into their unique individualism and view of life – she learns how to see and feel the world as they do, in order to tailor an approach most suited to them.

Lucia welcomes her clients to discover an improved lifestyle, free from the extra stresses of life and to help in the process of achieving a calmer existence, both physically and mentally.
