I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, Coach, and Author.

I have spent over a decade in the healing and coaching industry and my approach evolved over the years as I strive to achieve the best results for my clients. I now integrate hypnotherapy and psychotherapy with ACT and mindfulness to achieve deep transformation for effective, long-lasting results.
