About Matthew Duff’s Practice

I use a combination of Counselling & Hypnotherapy to assist most clients. Counselling is great for assessment & understanding how the client is feeling & behaving. However this does not mean that their behaviour/feeling changes automatically. Hypnotherapy is very effective for changing long term behaviour quickly & effortlessly.
