Space Wellness takes an integrative and holistic approach to counselling and hypnotherapy, blending elements from various 
modalities and tailoring treatment according to individual needs.
Our approach is permissive and solutions-focused, offering a safe and encouraging space as we progress from ‘stuck-ness’ to improved health. As an adjunct to therapies, we access complementary remedies, regenerative medicine and provide referrals to allied integrative health services.
