About Tony Ratnam’s Practice

Tony sees his role as towards helping people align themselves to be the best possible version of themselves and further in  reaching  higher levels of awareness and consciousness in the process.

This usually entails one overcoming unwanted pattering, conditioning and eventually to sit in harmony within their perceived imperfections while simultaneously embracing the uniqueness of who they are. This then forms the launching pad towards discovering enhanced versions of themselves and new outcomes.

Tony’s practice and therapy applies a unique holistic approach compromising Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques and principles, Time Line Therapy, Mental Coaching and Mindset Change as well as Energy Healing Facilitation, where clients are receptive accordingly.

Tony is also a certified Personal Fitness Trainer, where his training approach is not limited to the physical aspects, but comprising the mental and emotional aspects as well in helping clients achieve the health and fitness outcomes.
