About Natasha Stone’s Practice

As a government accredited clinical hypnotherapist with years of experience, my tailored plans work to be effective in the long term and in a briefest amount of time.

You will be listened to with all of my attention, helping you find possibilities from the incredibly resourceful unconscious mind.

My approach is highly personalized, and I work closely with you to allow you to achieve your goals.

I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential and live their best lives, and I would be honoured to work with you to achieve your goals.

Some modalities used are:

  • Mindfulness Practice
  • Breathwork
  • Emotional freedom technique
  • Trauma Counselling
  • Somatic tracking for Chronic Pain
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Hypnotherapy is a state of quiet being where intense inner focus occurs, and the outside world becomes secondary to that focus. With the help of hypnotic suggestions, a type of meditative heightened awareness state happens, not just intense calm but more focused selective attention. This trance like state of hypnosis allows new ideas, options, and realisations to occur.

I never read out a script to you, unlike many traditional hypnotherapists, therefore I must tune in to your needs and problems with all my attention. As the session progresses you notice sometimes that you may feel you’ve never been heard so well before, and that the stories and metaphors that I reflect to you perfectly highlight what you were expressing in your own unique way.

My ongoing professional development lies in women’s health, chronic pain, and body image issues, having previously worked with remedial massage and strategic psychotherapy for 12 years. I am a volunteer as a hypnotherapist at Solariscare, St John of God Hospital, helping people who are undergoing cancer treatment and their families.

It’s my mission that everyone who leaves my clinics feel good in their mind and body again
