About Bronwyn Penhaligon’s Practice
Are you sick of feeling stuck? Tired of procrastinating? And looking for ways to genuinely feel confident and motivated at work? At
Penhaligon Applied Psychology, I help overwhelmed, stressed professionals become focused and reenergised in less than a month.
In the last year I’ve helped dozens of stressed professionals to move out of problem space without months of therapy, pills, or trial and error. I can do the same for you too.
Being genuinely motivated and purposeful in your actions can be much easier than you think. Many people simply don’t know the correct steps to take which keeps them feeling stuck far longer than they need to be.
When you choose to invest in yourself and commit to a short series of weekly sessions, you also feel far more in control of your life than you would ever be able to achieve on your own.
Your best self is only a few short weeks away. Yep, seriously.
I specialise in workplace anxiety because I know it well. I’ve been that person who was scared to make a cold call and needed a pep talk before their client arrived. I’ve rehearsed meetings in the bathroom before they happened, and I’ve had panic attacks over deadlines at my desk. I’ve even experienced a full burnout.
Trust me, I get it.
15 years into my advertising/marketing career, it was the COVID pandemic that changed things for me. Like a lot of people, I initially struggled with the slower pace, the lack of deadlines and pressure. Suddenly my projects were on ice. My budget was frozen. I had nothing to do. Reflecting, I started to question the value my work had added to the world. It didn’t feel significant. At all.
So, like a lot of people, I took the chance to pivot.
Now a trained Strategic Psychotherapist, I’m on a mission to help people live their best lives and genuinely enjoy their work. Backed by extensive study, my approach mitigates the need for the ‘war story’ and is focused on the behaviour patterns people use to support their problem – challenging the thinking every step of the way. It’s fast, effective and (when coupled with Clinical Hypnosis) can support long-lasting change.
Instigated from two simple questions: Where are you now? and Where do you want to be?, choosing to participate in a short intervention to tackle a problem space is the best investment you can make in your staff, or yourself.
