BEING IN CHARGE OF CHANGE and knowing that what is within each and every person are the resources that gives them the power to transform their own life. This is the premise by which a client and I work together.

Having started my career in Mental Health as a Psychiatric nurse over 35 years ago, then transitioning into natural therapies gave me a wonderful foundation of the mind / body connection and its impact upon health, well-being and ultimately on how a person successfully lives a happy life.

Having lived in Warrnambool for the last 10 years, my private hypnotherapy practice – Health With Hypnotherapy has evolved in the way I work and expanded to include working from rooms in Woodford, Warrnambool and a private Yambuk retreat- Retreat South that specializes in addictions and mental health issues.

My clientele consists of both children and adults with a wide range of issues, with anxiety based disorders, depression, trauma, weight management, quit smoking and relationships with the self becoming areas in which I specialize.

The practice hours are Monday – Fridays including after hours and some Saturdays.

Being in a farming & industry based community I have found being flexible beneficial to the care of my clients and of myself.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation for prospective clients to discuss how we can best work together to create the changes that they desire.

There are a range of programs that are tailored to meet each persons individual needs and circumstances, such as four – 6 sessions, 3, 6, 9 & 12 month programs. These programs take into consideration the way the brain works to create change that stays creating healthier patterns of behaviour, thought and emotional well-being

After completing EMDR training for Hypnotherapists in England, the use of using eye movements with clients evolved into a very effective system that gave clients greater insights into their issues that assisted in releasing emotions so that they were no longer being triggered. As a result more people were coming to see me due to recommendations from past clients about my eye movement therapy. This system in its evolution became Visual Emotional Repatterning (VER) and it is now offered to other therapists as a two day training workshop. Inquiries are welcome.
