About Martina Sackmann’s Practice
I am a Clinical Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist who brings with a wealth of extensive experience working with individuals, families, children and teenagers through mindful connections and a person-centred approach. I place strong value around relationships and exploring therapeutic goals to facilitate motivation, improving wellbeing, growth and more fulfilment in life.
Recognising that at times life can be tough, I utilise evidence-based therapies to support change in a safe and nurturing manner and environment.
I am trained in working with Families, Children and Adolescents. My specialities include ADHD Management and Coaching, Hypnotherapy, TimeLine Therapy, NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), Trauma Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Grief and Loss.
