About Christopher Stear’s Practice
Located on the Gold Coast and serving clients in Australia and internationally. As a client of mine you’ll receive the benefit not only of my clinical training as a Strategic Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, you’ll also gain tremendously from what many have described as the extraordinarily valuable range of career and life skills I bring to our sessions.
I’m superbly equipped to deal with many of the problems of police, military veterans and emergency service workers and their families because I’ve served in each of those roles myself. Been there and done that. I am one of them and I know and understand what they and their loved ones often encounter.
My military experience has had a profound positive impact on my life. First after surviving the mind-numbing pressure of US Marine Corps Boot Camp and going on to become part of the best of the best in one of the Marines’ most elite units, 1st Reconnaissance Bn. Then much later as an Officer in the RAAF in both Combat Support Group and RAAF Base Amberley.
The other two major service roles I’ve undertaken that have given me unique insight and understanding have been as both a police officer and a first-response ambulance officer. Nothing beats that personal front-line experience when a client looks into my eyes seeking understanding, empathy and help.
Equally, my personal experiences in business ranging from owner-operator to leading a team of over 1,000 enable me to put executives and employees at ease when discussing their problems and generating solutions.
