About Matthew’s Practice

Matthew is the founder of The Inward Process. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, or psychotherapy/counselling services, strategic hypnosis is a very targeted, solution driven approach. At The Inward Process, people aren’t broken or flawed, nor do they don’t need to get their ‘stuff’ together. It is a process, a pattern that they are running and have learnt along the way from their past/conditioning, that does not serve their highest good. Whether it is anxiety, procrastination, or even tying your shoes, having a shower, writing a business plan, or executing a deal, everything is a process – or a series of steps. And so you are a working progress.
